UFC lightweight champ B.J. Penn showed off his leg strength by executing a vertical jump out of the pool at the 3 foot end without the aid of his hands or arms.  This guy is only 5′9″  and under the circumstances, this little stunt is rather impressive.

The 30 year-old mixed martial arts fighter is known as Baby Jay to his family – shortened to B.J. when he turned pro.  He co-authored Mixed Martial Arts: The Book of Knowledge.
