An emergency call to paramedics sparked rumors that Jackass star Bam Margera had overdosed over the weekend.  The prankster’s mother, April Margera is saying it isn’t so and that he was dehydrated.

On Sunday at 1:30 p.m.  an ambulance was summoned to Bam’s West Chester, Pennsylvania home after a call came in from an unidentified person who claimed that assistance was needed for a possible overdose.

April called in to local radio station WMMR to give her side of the story, not giving up too much information but she did say that her 29-year-old pro skateboarder and daredevil son became dehydrated while filming his new MTV show Nitro Circus, in combination with some “basic partying”.  So there you have it.
