Beyonce has partnered with General Mills Hamburger Helper to help fight hunger in America in a campaign called Show Your Helping Hand. According to their website, one in eight Americans struggles with hunger.

The campaign will deliver 3.5 million meals across America to local food banks.  Last month at Beyonce’s I Am Tour in Madison Square Garden in New York City, concert attendees were asked to bring non-perishable food items to help the cause.

People are urged to purchase the specially marked Hamburger Helper products and enter the boxtop code online at their website showyourhelpinghand.com.

The campaign runs through December 31st, 2010
