Katherine Jackson Awarded Custody of Michael Jackson’s Children
Katherine Jackson’s lawyer L.Londell McMillian told The Early Show this morning that his client received full custody of Michael Jackson’s three children.
“There is no situation better for these children, for them to be raised and reared in the loving care of Mrs. Katherine Jackson.”
Debbie Rowe will retain parental rights and will be given visitation rights – photos. A child psychologist will supervise that process. Rowe will continue to be paid the monthly settlement that she was receiving from Jackson, but will not receive any additional funds.
According to reports this morning, Rowe believes that the children should remain in the care of the family that they have known all of their lives. She does want to become part of their lives and will take this opportunity to begin to forge a relationship. The children have now been told that she is their biological mother.
McMillian also addressed Michael’s estate and said that the singer is worth billions and that when you hear numbers like $500 million you are not supposed to buy it, adding that Katherine and the children will be well cared for.

OK, the most important thing is that there is somebody who will take care for the children. They will probably live a very exposed life so they need at least a good mother.
