Actress Jaime Pressly has announced through her rep that she is engaged to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, owner of Simran Singh Management and Law Offices in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area.

The My Name is Earl star broke a previous engagement in November 2008 with Eric Calvo, the father of her 2-year-old son Dezi James.

The actress is extremely fit and appeared on the cover of a recent Shape magazine issue – check out her bikini photo here.

Pressly celebrated her 32nd birthday with her fiance at the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel on Thursday.  She was reportedly wearing a huge sparkler on her left hand, according to a guest.
