Steven Tyler Falls Off Stage at Sturgis (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

Steven Tyler Aerosmith

Last night at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Deadwood, South Dakota, Steven Tyler took the stage with his band Aerosmith.  While performing the song Long In an Elevator, something went wrong with the sound system and Tyler danced around trying to keep the audience entertained and wound up falling off the stage.

While performing for a record crowd, Steven Tyler falls off stage backwards into a couple of fans.  Not knowing how serious the situation is, the concert abruptly ended and the singer was transported by helicopter to Rapid City Regional Hospital.

One concert-goer, who was eight feet from the stage, said that you could see that it was an accident waiting to happen because Tyler was dancing all over the stage without regard for his personal safety.

Tyler did a stint in rehab in May 2008 to deal with substance abuse issues, later saying that it was because he had a bad foot and the pain had been traumatic.

  3. So sad that you feel it is ok to post a video leading people to believe that it was Aerosmith. I was at the concert and saw Steven fall. I don’t even know who this video is of, but you may want to remove this posting and inform the viewers that they are being misled.

  4. I was at the concert at the Chip. This not Steven Tyler. The concert was not in Deadwood. It was in Sturgis. Don’t mislead people.
