Jessica Voth has filed a lawsuit against a former boyfriend, for posting nude photos of her online.

The Chicago woman says she was mortified when a former high school classmate informed her about the pictures in November.

Voth immediately suspected her ex-boyfriend, who had taken the nude photos while they were dating, and promised to keep them private, even after their breakup in February 2006.

The lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday, claims Marsh intentionally inflicted emotional distress and invaded Voth’s privacy.

The pictures were posted without Voth’s knowledge on a website that encourages men to post nude photos of ex-girlfriends.  The website name has not been revealed to the press.
