Move over Ciara, here comes Jordin Sparks.  For the second leg of Britney Spears North America tour, Jordan will be the opening act for the Circus tour.

Sparks, who won the American Idol title in 2007 at the age of 19, is thrilled to have landed the opening act gig for the pop princess.  She said,  “Britney’s show is incredible and for me to be a part of it is a great opportunity.”

Jordin previously toured with the Jonas Brothers and loved the fan mania.  Her second album Battlefield was released at #7 on the Billboard 200 in July.   Her highly successful self-titled debut album hit platinum, selling over two-million copies worldwide.
