Antwon Tanner pleaded guilty to identity theft during an appearance in Brooklyn Federal Court on Friday.

The “One Tree Hill” actor admitted he was the middleman in a scam involving fake social security numbers.

Tanner, 35, acknowledged selling more than a dozen social security numbers for $10,000 in a scheme uncovered by immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Tanner, who plays the character Skills on “one Tree Hill,” is also being investigated by California authorities looking into a similar scam.

The actor faces up to one year in prison.  His sentencing is set for November 20.
