Breach of prenup.  Wait…what?  Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner and estranged wife Kimberley Conrad were married in 1989 and split in 1998, never divorcing.  Now Kimberley has filed a lawsuit stating that Hef is in breach of their prenuptial agreement.

Here’s what we know: Kimberley claims that she has been given 9 months to find a new place to live because Hugh has decided to sell the home that she has lived in, with the couples children, for the last ten years.  The residence is adjacent to the Playboy Mansion.  Conrad is also claiming that her ex owes her money.

Hugh had this to say to TMZ, “I was surprised and saddened to learn of press reports that Kimberley Hefner, from whom I have been separated for over 10 years, has apparently filed suit claiming that I owe her $5 million.  Because neither I nor my attorneys have seen the suit I cannot comment on any specific allegations.

He also went on to say that he has always followed through with his obligation when it came to his monetary agreement.  Hefner feels that once the public knows the facts, everyone will know that he went above and beyond his call of duty.
