Last year at the 2008 Video Music Awards Russell Brand hosted the evening and Britney Spears made an appearance.  The host openly flirted with Spears and apparently will do so again this year.

Several promo’s have already been shot for this years VMA’s and they are pretty funny–if you like Russell’s kind of humor.

In a commercial to promote the show, Britney is poolside in a white bikini, black sunglasses and a black hat.  The popstar is reading the paper and dreaming about last years event.  “Should I have played it up more when he was flirting with me last year?  I have to admit, there is something sexy about his dangerous ways.”

Meanwhile Russell is in his hotel room and can hear her thoughts and tries to telepathically send her his.  “This is the voice of your mind.  Go to Russell’s hotel room and abandon yourself.  Give yourself to him, Britney.  Sleep with Russell.”
