Amy Winehouse Dental Work Leads to Drugs

Oh boy…we smell trouble! Singer Amy Winehouse has been staying on the down-low and is supposedly straightening up her act and staying away from drugs and alcohol. One minor problem, the singer went in to get her decaying teeth fixed and now she needs pain pills.
Britain’s The Sun newspaper quoted a source saying, “Amy’s teeth were in a pretty gross state. They were brown and stained and needed major work on them and she was determined to get them back to their sparkling best. It’s all major work and has left her in almost constant pain, but she thinks the sacrifice is worth it. She’s been given some very strong drugs to cope with the pain.”
If you were one of Amy’s fans at London’s Jazz After Dark Club last week, you were undoubtedly let down when the singer had to end her show after just 10 minutes because it was too painful for her to sing.

I hate this woman. she is famous for no reason and i enjoy making fun of her. she is a loser and no matter what she does, will always be stupid. she is no fashion icon. she is an under-dressed, too much make-up, ugly-haired person. if anything high fashion designers give her their clothes, so she will have something to wear.
RE: Mae…
HAHAHAHAHAHA. I dont agree with what you say, but hahahahahahaha so funny…
hm…..Just LISTEN her….
You will find (maybe, if you are not death) why she is so famous!
I guess she does make herself an easy target with her outfits. But same can be said for GaGa. Blame the stylist for that.
She is famous because she is a living contradiction. How many females are gifted with a voice that is relevant to so many centuries of music. When I lister to her Its like listening to Billie Holiday/ any music that I felt privileged to hear growing up because It was before my time.
Her voice and music makes her legendary. Its not like the digitally created crap I’m growing bored of fast.
Yes, listen to her two albums, Frank, and Back to Black. What an incredible talent. She sounds like the reincarnation of a middle aged Black woman; a veteran of smokey lounges, of heartbreak and sorrow. Too bad she’s such a wreck. Too bad she is indifferent to that talent. She’d rather be stoned than anything else. It’s sad.
She is a talented woman, who is real. Her music is real and she does not pretend to be perfect and flawless like other barbie girl celebrities. She sings about things that other people like to pretend don’t exist.
@ mae, you obviously disliked her based on superficial reasoning, like her looks and clothes, you are pathetic. she is dead now, so congratulations!
Do not feed the trolls
she ugly because of drugs she doesnt look 27!
me, that last statement was really tacky and disgusting. Mae’s post is cruel but you crossed the line telling her that Amy’s dead now, so congratulations.
What’s pathetic is you taking Amy’s death out on Mae.
I always knew she wouldn’t live to 30. Generation Y now has it’s kurt cobain. Brace yourselves; celebrities die in threes.
This was a lost :-(
I was reading some of this comment, and i always told my self ,if I don’t have something nice to said keep it to my self, for Mae I could tell that u r just an unhappy person, and u don’t have nothing better to do with your self, she hard the money to wear high fashion, but that was not what she was about, you r the looser and you have to much time on ur hands if u said u enjoy making fun of some one go an read a book dumass.
What a bitchy post. When people are obviously tormented, why make it worse?
RIP to a beautiful soul…. To all the negative comments above.. Nobody asks to grow up and be addicted to drugs and alcohol… True there is self help programs and for some it does work.. Unfortunate for most it doesnt help.. I wish there was a cure to help all the people who suffer from this terrible disease. More so I wish there was more understanding people and people willing to help the ones who cant help themselves.. I have learned people that a majority of the people use drugs and alcohol as a way of self medicating there pain. Unless you have walked in there shoes nobody should judge anybody.. A lot of people are misjudged and it breaks my heart….
Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!
A sad example to any teen on how not to live ur life.
I wasn’t a fan or anything..just think she was a great artist who was not super ficial like a lot of celebrities in the industry. It’s just so sad how someone can even refer to someone who lost their life..to all those negative people who have nothing better to say if u didn’t like her just go mind your business somewhere else..I guess feeding of someone else’s pain makes Yall feel better, hope god teaches Yall a lesson.. people won’t even notice u gone cause u ain’t shit.. probably working at McDonald’s with nothing going for you.. negative ass
This should be taken down and uuhhh lack of respect for deceased, please. Take this off of the internet for god sake! Rest in Peace Amy. From a normal person in Ohio.
I was never a big fan of Amy’s singing but i am really saddened to hear of her death because i’d really hoped she’d turn a corner.
Being originally from London myself, i’ve felt an affinity to any talent from there.
She seemed to’ve come from a loving family and the path of any addiction can cross the best of us, regardless of how intellectual we maybe.
I recall when i lived a few doors from Jimi Hendrix in 1970 and recall vividly what he went through.
Whether it’s drugs. booze, food etc it all serves to do one thing..BLOCK anxiety & pressure.
Stage fright, low self esteem, business pressure, all can create a drug pattern. These are the reasons for most creative artists.
Ignorance causes us to judge when none have a right to.
My condolences to her family.
