sticky the cat

A cat nicknamed “Sticky” is recovering after being found in a yard in North Philadelphia, duct taped from its head to its paws.

The female cat was duct taped so tightly that she couldn’t walk, and left abandoned in the yard.

Medical staff at the Pennsylvania SPCA were able to remove the duct tape, and the cat is reportedly doing well.

A $1000 reward is being offered for information leading to a conviction of the person or persons responsible.

Anyone with information should call the Pennsylvania SPCA’s Cruelty Hotline at 866-601-7722.

  1. This is so sick and cruel. Probably done by some sick kids who thought it was soooooo funny to leave the poor little kitty to die in the yard. I say punish their parents too!
If it was done by a grown up idiot then the same should be done to him/her …. in the desert!

  2. seriously what is wrong with people. this makes me sick

  3. What the heck, I would do the same to the person that did this but add honey & drop him off high up in the Tahoe forrest
