Britney Spears’ long awaited new single “3″ launched at #1 from her upcoming album The Singles Collection, featuring all 29 of the pop star’s singles hits.  The premiere of “3” was aired on radio station Z100 Tuesday morning.

The new tune was produced by hit-maker Max Martin.  Jive Records will release the album on November 24 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Brit’s arrival on the music scene.

Spears wrapped the U.S. portion of her Circus Tour over the weekend by giving Lance Bass a hot lap dance on stage.   She will complete the final international tour leg in November with concerts in Australia.
