Actor Nick Nolte’s son Brawley King Nolte was arrested on Tuesday afternoon in Santa Monica on suspicion of DUI and possession of a controlled substance.

The younger Nolte, a 23-year-old aspiring actor known for his role as the kidnapped kid in Random, ran into another vehicle while changing lanes yesterday and appeared impaired when a police officer arrived on the scene.  He failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.

Brawley was booked and bail was set at $5,000.  His father Nick was arrested in 2002 for DUI.  His bizarre booking photo was one for the record books.
