Jon Gosselin Must Return $180,000 Rules Judge (VIDEO)
According to Kate Gosselin’s lawyer Mark Momjian, a judge ordered Jon Gosselin to return $180,000 to their joint bank account that is used primarily by his wife to pay household expenses. Jon has just two weeks to repay the funds that he withdrew in violation of an existing arbitration order or he will find himself in contempt of court.
Kate has been ordered to provide a full accounting of past household expenses that she claims total $55,000. That proof is to be brought to the couple’s next hearing on October 26. The judge also directed Jon and Kate to use private arbitration to resolve any remaining issues.
After the proceedings, Kate said, “As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children. Now that this matter has been ruled on, I look forward to returning to private arbitration, as we have agreed to do, to resolve any remaining issues.”

Eventually, Kate will have full control and Custody of these kids and John will end up living alone in a furnished apartment off the beaten track!
