Law enforcement officials confirm that Stephanie Pratt, frequently seen on the MTV series The Hills, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. Sunday morning on suspicion of DUI.  She was taken to jail in Van Nuys and charged with a misdemeanor.  Bail was set at $5,000 and she was released at 10:30 a.m.

The 23-year-old had just left the home of her brother Spencer Pratt when officers stopped her vehicle.  Stephanie had been in attendance at a birthday celebration for her sister-in-law Heidi Montag that actually started much earlier in the evening at the L.A. nightclub Empire and then ended at the couple’s home.

The actress revealed in a 2007 interview that she has had substance abuse issues in the past.  She was arrested in 2006 on a shoplifting charge – see her mugshot and other photos below.
