Dennis Hopper has filed for divorce from his wife of nearly 14 years, Victoria Duffy.
Court documents list this past Tuesday as the date of separation, and the actor cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
Hopper, 73, has one daughter, Galen, 6, with Victoria, 41, and is seeking joint legal and physical custody. He will also provide spousal support. Division of property has not yet been determined.
Hopper, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in October, has been undergoing treatment at a “special program” at USC. Recent reports suggest he is in declining health.
