Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen will be charged with a felony for threatening to kill his wife, Brooke Mueller with a knife. Charges for felony menacing and misdemeanor assault are finally going to be filed against Sheen either today or Monday, a full month after the altercation.

Charlie’s arraignment hearing is scheduled for Monday, February 8, 2010. The actor will not be entering a plea at that hearing but must appear before a judge, who will decide if the restraining order can be lifted between Charlie and Brooke.

In breaking news, we have learned that Charlie Sheen reported his black Mercedes Benz sedan stolen early this morning, Friday, February 5, 2010. A few hours later police found the vehicle at the bottom of a 100 foot cliff near Mulholland Drive. Officers and the fire department were reportedly combing the area to with an infrared scanner to determine if the driver was possibly thrown from the wreckage.

Sheen told law enforcement officers that he got a call around 4:00 a.m. from an operator at OnStar. He was reportedly told that a vehicle registered to him had been involved in a wreck and the airbags had deployed. He alerted his security people who quickly confirmed that the vehicle was not on the premises. When last seen, the car had been parked in Sheen’s garage with the keys in the ignition and the garage door wide open.

Police are still hunting for a suspect. You don’t think Charlie could have? No…we’ll take the high road and not go down that path.
