Mario Lopez and his girlfriend Courtney Mazza are expecting a baby in the fall.  The host of Extra and MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew said, “I’m really excited.  I’m happy.  I can’t wait to be a dad.”

Lopez, 36, and Mazza, 28, met in 2008 when he was doing the Broadway production of A Chorus Line.   He recently signed a deal with Celsius, a popular calorie-burning drink, to be their spokesperson in 2010.

When asked if he was ready for fatherhood, he said: “Of course.  I grew up in a large family.  I’m fired up!  I don’t know what we’re having.  I’m going to wait and see so it will be a surprise.”

Several of the photos in our gallery below were taken in early March.  It is obvious that Mazza did not want to have her baby bump photographed, so she shielded herself with a large Armani shopping bag.
