Octomom $450,000 Behind on Mortgage Payments
Yep, you read that right, Octomom Nadya Suleman, mother of 14, is behind on her mortgage to the tune of $450,000. That doesn’t seem possible since she just moved in last March but it is the real deal and she may lose the property.
Amer Haddadin sold the La Habra, California residence to Nadya’s father. For the first year, monthly payments of $4,139 were to be made, followed by a large balloon payment of $450,000 to be made on March 10, 2010.
Haddadin’s rep told TMZ that Suleman still owes the rent for last month and hasn’t paid the balloon payment. He went on to say that she has been habitually late in making her payments for the last few months.
The rep said that his client “tried to handle this in a gentleman’s way” but unfortunately he is being forced to initiate foreclosure proceedings on the home.

How did an unemployable professional student think she was going to house 14 children under 8? California tax payers have lost millions on this creepy freak and her sideshow kids, but is she planning on putting them all into foster care, she’s never been able to care for herself or the first 6 kids she had and couldn’t care for. It might be best to separate them and put them up for adoption now before they are permanently damaged so no one will take any of them.
You don’t get to have 14 kids and have no plan to support them unless your plan was always to mooch off of the taxpayers. Bad neglectful parent who needs her rights terminated. Fast.
