Tomorrow Usher will have to step aside from the drama of his recent divorce, and of course all of the rumors that have been circulating about his current relationship, and focus on one thing...celebrating. Tomorrow when the Billboard Hot 100 chart is released, Usher Raymond will sit at #1 with his hit OMG!
It's been two years since the singer has been #1 but being on top is something he is used to. Since 1998, when the singer landed in the top spot for the first time, he has become quite accustomed to it. Tomorrow will mark Usher's ninth #1.
Usher has more #1 hits than any other artist in the past 10 years. Mariah Carey and Rihanna follow behind with six each.
In 2008 Billboard ranked Usher #21 on the list for most successful Hot 100 Singles Artist of all-time. In case you can't remember all of Usher's #1 songs... they are:
"Nice and Slow"
"U Remind Me"
"U Got It Bad"
"Confessions Part II"
"Love in this Club"
