The Los Angeles premiere of “Love Ranch” was held last night at the ArcLight Theatre in Hollywood.  On hand for the star-studded event were Helen Mirren, who plays a brothel madam, and her director husband Taylor Hackford.

Other cast members hitting the red carpet included Bai Ling, Elise Neal, Scout Taylor-Compton, and Taryn Manning.  Also supporting the event were Lance Gilman and Madam Susan Austin, co-owners of the famous Mustang Ranch.

Mirren did a little self-promotion of her own by posing nude for the latest issue of New York magazine.  The racy bathtub shots have caused quite a stir.
