It’s been a really rough week for Lindsay Lohan. Judge Marsha Revel ordered the actress to serve 90 days in jail, followed by 90 days in inpatient rehab. Her controversial nail tattoo was featured all over the internet — and things have continued to deteriorate.

According to our friends over at TMZ, Lilo’s lawyer has resigned. Effective today, Shawn Chapman Holley no longer represents Lohan. We can only imagine how hard her job was with a client who traveled in the fast lane, living a life filled with lies and heavy denial.

Word has it that Shawn caught wind of the fact that Lilo, dissatisfied, was lawyer shopping. That was apparently the last straw for the dedicated legal counselor.

Undeterred, Lohan was quick to lawyer back up with newbie Tiffany Feder-Cohen, who was just admitted to the bar in November and opened her law practice in December 2009.

Lindsay is not at all thrilled with her sentence and people are speculating that with this new lawyer she may try to appeal. Lohan doesn’t have a good track record as an employer, this is just the latest in a long line of insiders who have quit the troubled actress.
