Kelsey Grammer did not have a prenup agreement with Camille Donatacci.  If you are thinking that is odd, you’re not alone.  This is the actors third failed marriage — what could he possibly have been thinking?

Grammer is asking the court to declare a portion of the earnings from his hit show “Frasier” his separate property.  The couple was not married until year five of the shows eleven year run.

Kelsey was reportedly earning $1.6 million an episode by the end of the series.  He is negotiating a deal where only his earning during the last seven years and all the syndicate money will be considered “community property.”
