Lindsay Lohan signed early discharge papers on Tuesday and left the UCLA rehab facility in a flourish, after spending just 22 days undergoing evaluation and treatment. Lohan has reportedly agreed to continue outpatient treatment 2 to 3 times a week.

A three-car decoy ploy was part of the plan to get her out of the facility without a media circus on her tail, according to RadarOnline. She actually departed out a back door and got into a chauffeur driven limo late Tuesday afternoon. Her first phone call was reportedly to her mother Dina Lohan.

Judge Marsha Revel removed herself from the case after some irregularities were uncovered. Assigned to take her place is Judge Elden Fox, who approved the early release and will continue to be in charge of her case.

The actress was ordered to spend 90 days in the treatment program but medical personnel have determined that her situation can be more appropriately managed on an outpatient basis.

Lindsay will reportedly seek permission from the court to go to New York in early September to be closer to her mother Dina, who recently sat down with Matt Lauer to discuss Lindsay’s rehab.
