It is round 5 of rehab for troubled actress Lindsay Lohan.

Sources close to Lilo say she checked herself into a substance abuse rehab program late Monday. The source did not reveal which facility Lohan chose.

Lindsay’s latest entry into rehab came three days after a Los Angeles judge ordered the Mean Girls star back to the slammer without bail after Lilo violated probation and failed a mandatory drug test. She spent only 15 hours in jail before a different judge reversed the ruling and released her on $300,000 bond.

Lohan spent 23 days in a court-ordered rehab program at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center last month, following 13 days in a Los Angeles County jail. Terms of her probation included; weekly counseling sessions for alcohol and drug rehabilitation, random drug tests and behavioral therapy.

On September 17, Lindsay tweeted, “Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps.”

Lindsay’s plan is to stay in rehab at least until her next court hearing on October 22.
