Rumors were flying today indicating that Tony Parker and Eva Longoria were ending their marriage.  The San Antonio Spurs star had reportedly filed for divorce yesterday in Texas.

Not long after TMZ reported the developing story, Longoria’s rep contacted them to say there is absolutely no truth to the allegation.

The website got their original tip from two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse.   After making a quick follow up call, a  third clerk pulled the plug on the TMZ scoop.  Good news for Eva!

The 35-year-old Desperate Housewives actress wed Parker, 28, in July of 2007.

It has been a rough few months for the actress, who was recently in a car accident and then sued as a result.
