Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has purchased a $7,000,000 home in Palo Alto, CA.

The 26-year-old billionaire has lived modestly given his substantial income, renting a house in College Terrace for years, before moving with long-term girlfriend, Priscilla Chan, into another rental a few blocks away in the fall of 2010.

In March, 2011, Zuckerberg purchased a 5 bedroom, 5,617 square foot home with 5 full baths and 2 half baths in Palo Alto’s Crescent Park neighborhood, 10 minutes from the Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park.

The multi-million dollar property was built in 1903, and was recently renovated to include the addition of an entertainment pavilion with outdoor fireplace and built-in barbecue, and a lap-lane salt water swimming pool and spa.
