If you thought the expression #Winning was starting to take a nose dive, think again. Actor Charlie Sheen teamed up in late March with Snoop Dogg and Korn guitarist Rob Patterson to record an official Winning song.

You won’t have a long wait to hear the new tune because the big release is slated for tomorrow. Sheen gave his Twitter followers a heads up: “Get ready to rock the Sheenius.” Patterson joined in the ‘tweet’ fest and added that proceeds will be donated to recent tornado victims:

Snoop penned the lyrics and Patterson created the musical score. Rob said the song looks good: “But I honestly don’t want people to take it seriously. It’s meant to be fun and entertaining.”

Word is that it only took Snoop 45 minutes to come up with the lyrics before heading into the recording studio. The whole process was smooth sailing, in and out of the studio. The entire process took two hours … start to finish.

At the beginning of the song, Patterson’s wife Carmen Electra can be heard saying: “Oh, good evening, Mr. Sheen. Are you winning?”

Rob Christie, president of Waterfront Entertainment-Robo Records has big plans for the song. The thought is that it could become a widely used sports anthem, much like the Rocky theme.

There will be two versions of Winning, a clean track and an edgier version. We’ll post the two videos the moment they debut.
