Singer Whitney Houston has gone back to rehab. This time the 47-year-old has entered an out-patient program to work on her constant battle with addiction issues.
Houston's rep released a statement via People magazine: "Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab program for drug and alcohol treatment. Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process."
TMZ is reporting that Whitney entered the program 10 days ago. Sources close to her say that she has been "a mess" lately.
In 2009 it looked as though Houston was making a comeback when she released a new album and planned a tour. In 2010, after receiving some negative reviews on her performance and voice, she cancelled some of her shows ... citing illness.
