Lady Gaga posed at various locations around New York City on Monday for famed photographer Annie Leibovitz.

Dressed in a glam couture bra style top and billowing skirt, and accessorized with the requisite mega platform heels, Gaga was driven to various shoot locations, including a newsstand and a hotdog vendor.

With a hotdog in hand, the Born This Way songstress was put through her paces by the decidedly brilliant and quirky Annie L.  We fully expect the photo spread in Vanity Fair to be exquisite.
