Jennifer Lopez is moving on after her split from Marc Anthony, and ready to put down some roots in the Hamptons.

Jenny from the Block is set to shell out nearly $18 million for a 15,037 square foot “cottage” by the sea.

The 7 bedroom, 9.5 bathroom John Laffrey-designed beach house on Bay Lane is in the Water Mill area of Bridgehampton with stunning views of Mecox Bay.
