The finishing touches have been applied to the face of actress Kate Winslet and her waxwork likeness is now on display at Madame Tussaud’s in London.

Her double is dressed in an Elie Saab dress with cap sleeves, the same dress the actress wore in mid-September when she accepted the 2011 Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries for her portrayal of Mildred Pierce Beragon.

Winslet gained hero status in August when she rescued the elderly mother of billionaire Richard Branson as fire destroyed his Necker Island paradise.
