America’s Next Top Model host, Tyra Banks, and her investment banker boyfriend, John Utendahl, are calling it quits after more than three years together.

Tyra, 38, and the Brooklyn businessman, 50, met in 2007 and went public with their relationship a year later.

The former Victoria’s Secret model has gone on an “Eat, Pray Love-style trip,” according to the New York Post’s Page Six.

“Tyra has gone away with a female friend and has been island-hopping, visiting Bali and taking a spiritual retreat,” says a source.

For his part, Utendahl appears to be handling the break up pretty well.  He was spotted Thursday night at a bar with a leggy Russian model.

The news comes on the heels of accusations by former Top Model judge, Janice Dickinson, that the show is rigged. Dickinson claims that it’s not the judges who choose the model, but sponsor company Cover Girl.

ANTM network, The CW, flatly denies Dickinson’s allegations. “This is completely untrue,” says the network.
