The Top 99 Women 2012 Edition has been revealed and according to AskMen, the most desirable celebrity on this year’s list is Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara.

We found it interesting that the 2011 winner, Blake Lively, has been relegated to No. 32 after reigning supreme one short year ago. 

Rounding out the Top 5 are SI Swimsuit model Kate Upton, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo actress Rooney Mara, Victoria’s Secret Angel Miranda Kerr and bootylicious entertainer Nicki Minaj.

Those in the six through ten spots in order of their finish: Emma Stone, Scarlett Johansson, Kim Kardashian, Rihanna and Candice Swanepoel.

Speaking of Kim K, have you seen her new denim collection ad campaign pics?  The trio of sisters are topless.

Just missing the Top 10 spot was the Duchess of Cambridge, aka Kate Middleton, at No. 11.  Her sister Pippa Middleton brought up the rear at No. 98.

Number 12-15: Zooey Deschanel, Mila Kunis, Selena Gomez and Daisy Lowe.

X Factor Dumps Judges and Host: Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger, Steve Jones Out

According to EW’s Inside TV, a huge shake-up is underway on the FOX show X Factor, with two judges and the host on their way out.

Executive producer and head judge Simon Cowell is cutting his losses in a slice and dice move that will send Nicole Scherzinger, Steve Jones and his old pal Paula Abdul packing.

The only talent returning for the second season with the cranky former Idol judge is L.A. Reid.

It was no secret that big changes would be forthcoming after the show fell millions of viewers short of Simon’s stated expectations.

The rumor mill has already started with speculation that Mariah Carey could land in one of the judges seats.  Simon reportedly wanted her for season one but her pregnancy was a deal breaker.

David Beckham Super Bowl Ad Features Tattoos and Underwear: VIDEO

David Beckham and H&M have teamed up to market a new line of men’s underwear with a steamy ad that will air during the Super Bowl.

The Swedish retail clothier will launch the David Beckham Bodywear collection with a black and white commercial that flaunts the soccer star’s tattooed body with 360 degree views of his buff physique.

Becks moves seductively during the 30-second ad spot to The Animals tune Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood.

He had this to say about the new product launch, “I’m excited about my bodywear ad featured in this year’s Super Bowl.  My design team and I spent 18 months developing the collection, it’s been a fantastic collaborative experience, and I’m very happy with the end result.  Like every fan, I’m looking forward to Super Bowl Sunday.”

David Hasselhoff Proposes to Hayley Roberts: PHOTOS

Hopefully the third time is the charm for David Hasselhoff.  The twice married actor proposed to girlfriend Hayley Roberts on top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in Australia.

Hoff has wanted to marry Hayley since the start of their relationship early last year.  This isn’t the first time that he has popped the question but in each previous case Hayley has turned him down.

The actor posted the proposal photos on his personal Twitter page, saying “Tried it again on top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge!  What do you think she said!?!?!?”

Another posted image shows them sealing it with a kiss, as seen below.  So did she say yes?  We’re guessing she accepted though she hasn’t confirmed it on Twitter.

The former Baywatch celeb was previously married to Catherine Hickland and Pamela Bach. His second union produced two daughters, Taylor, 21, and Hayley, 20.
