Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are indeed engaged.
Timberlake’s grandmother, Sadie Bomar, who has been vocal in the past about JT and Jessica’s on-again off-again relationship, confirmed her 30-year-old grandson’s engagement.
“He called me on Christmas Day and told me he’s engaged,” Bomar, told Gossip Cop, saying that JT asked her not to discuss the news “until after the holidays.”
After Timberlake and Biel split in 2009, Bomar said “Jessica was keen to marry, but Justin isn’t ready.”
“As far as we’re concerned, he’s always been single,” she continued. “The girlfriends come and go, but we believe nothing has ever been serious.”
Grandma now says, “The family loves Jessie…She’s a very sweet girl.”
Rumors surfaced yesterday after a Montana jeweler hinted at an engagement via Twitter.
Timberlake proposed to Biel on their annual trip to Montana with a “custom-designed ring,” a source told People magazine
