Kate Upton is the 2012 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover girl.

The cover leaked online mere hours before S.I. was scheduled to make the announcement this evening.

According to TMZ, a few of the issues arrived early to a gas station in Michigan, and the pics are already making their rounds on the Internet at “breakneck speed.”  Hmmmm, I wonder why?
