Two separate lawsuits have been filed against John Travolta by “John Doe” masseurs who claim they were sexually assaulted by Travolta while they were providing legitimate spa services in January 2012. Each man is seeking $2 million in damages.

The first lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles on Monday, charges the 58-year-old actor with sexual assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress at the Beverly Hills Hotel on January 16th.

On Tuesday a second suit was filed for another client by the same attorney. This one claimed to have “substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta’s actions.”

Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, dismissed both assertions as lies and has a photo and receipt from January 16 to prove that his client was in New York dining at Mr. Chow.

Okorie Okorocha, the lawyer representing the two massage therapists, assured RadarOnline: “By the time this case is over Marty Singer will have to accuse more than 100 men of lying because I have been contacted by people, mostly men, that have first hand information about similar behavior on John Travolta’s part to that contained in the lawsuits I have already filed against him.”

“I have witnesses and the potential for more accusers in virtually every state of the union who have called me. I’m currently in the process of investigating their claims and verifying the information before possible further action is taken.”
