Matt Lauer has joined the Twitterverse…with a little help from Justin Bieber.
Prior to his Today Show concert series performance, Bieber sat down for a one-on-one with the Today Show host and showed him the Twitter ropes, even taking Lauer’s iPhone and helping him post his first tweet.
“I’m going to speak very proper, because I know that’s how you talk,” said Bieber before tweeting, “Hello. Everyone go buy Justin bieber’s album #believe coming out June 19th.”
Beiber then tweeted, via Lauer’s Twitter account, “If u want to find out Justins first song hes performing tweet me.”
Lauer then posted his own tweet, “Justin is a great sport! Concert will be amazing!” And then posted a photo, tweeting, “Me, Justin, and Ann on the Plaza. It’s showtime.”
