Get a driver! Last night country singer Randy Travis was arrested in Northern Texas after crashing his vehicle. This is his second alcohol related offense in the past six months.
Travis was nabbed near his Tioga home shortly before midnight on suspicion of DUI after a single car accident that left the entertainer with minor cuts and bruises. When officers arrived they found the victim naked and combative.
The crooner was also booked on a felony count of retaliation and obstruction after threatening the arresting officers that he would "shoot and kill" them.
According to Sgt. Rickey Wheeler, Travis remains in jail Wednesday without bond pending an appearance before a judge in Sherman, about 60 miles north of Dallas.
Travis was given a shirt to wear for his booking photo. Afterward he was issued a paper suit to wear in his jail cell.
In February the crooner was arrested for public intoxication when police found him drinking in front of a Baptist church after a fight with his girlfriend while celebrating the Super Bowl.
Following that incident he released this statement, "I'm committed to being responsible and accountable, and apologize for my actions."
