justin bieber after throwing up on stage

Justin Bieber kicked off his "Believe" tour last night in Glendale, AZ, and vomited on stage mid-song, not just once, but twice.

The 18-year-old pop star was performing "Out of Town Girl" when he suddenly stopped singing, turned around on stage, bent over and began puking.

Bieber then left the stage. When he returned, he apologized, saying,"I'm sorry, I'm going to slow things down."

But later in the show, he got sick again at the beginning of "Beauty and a Beat," and again ran off stage. When he returned, he told the crowd, "It's hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people."

"Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage?" he asked.

After the show Bieber tweeted the photo above of himself lying in bed, with the caption, "Great show. Getting better for tomorrow's show!!!! Love u."

He then explained that first-night nerves and too much milk combined with the rigorous dancing is what made him sick.

"And ... Milk was a bad choice! Lol," he tweeted.

Fair warning, if you have a weak stomach, you will probably want to opt out of watching the video.

is a cellphone photo scandal in the works

Lindsay Lohan was assaulted early Sunday morning by Christian LaBella, a man she met at 1 Oak nightclub and invited back to join her and a few friends at her Union Square W Hotel room in Manhattan.

When Lohan discovered that LaBella had been taking cell phone pictures earlier in the evening and sending them to his friends, she asked him to delete the images.  He refused and she took the phone from him at 4:30 a.m.  He threw her on a bed and an altercation ensued that left her with scratches on her hands.

The fight spilled out into the 15th floor hallway where Lilo pulled the fire alarm as she was reportedly being chocked.

Police questioned the 'Liz & Dick' actress and arrested Christian LaBella, 25, of Valley Village, California.  They charged him with two counts of misdemeanor assault and harassment.

Lohan's publicist Steve Honig issued this statement: "Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel.  While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized.  The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody.  Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation."

LaBella is the nephew of comedian and writer Heather McDonald of 'Chelsea Lately' fame.

According to NY Daily News, LaBella works as a staffer for Congressman John Shimkus, R-Illinois.  His office issued this statement: "While no one from Congressman Shimkus' office has been contacted by Mr. LaBella following his arrest, he has been an employee in the Congressman's Washington office.  Obviously, the Congressman does not condone his actions."

UPDATE:  Police have dropped the assault charge against the accused after determining that there wasn't enough evidence to support Lohan's claim.  A police official reports, "In the wake of the investigation by detectives, we anticipate cross complaints for harassment."

Check out a Facebook photo of LaBella posing with Rep. Paul Ryan, R-WI, who is Mitt Romney's VP running mate.

erin moran and husband steven fleischmann

Erin Moran, best known for her role as Joanie Cunningham on the sitcom Happy Days from 1974 to 1986, has reportedly been kicked out of a trailer park in Salisbury, Indiana and is homeless.

Moran and her husband, Steve Fleischmann, who works in the garden center at Walmart, had been living in a trailer with his mother after they were evicted from their home in California.

According to reports, Steve's mother was fed up with the 51-year-old former child star's hard partying and booted her out.

Erin and Steve, 45, then moved with their pet dogs to a Holiday Inn Express in Corydon. The owner of the hotel told E! News the couple left the hotel after Moran "caused a disturbance of some type."

“On several occasions the hotel management warned Erin to curb her unruly behavior, but they finally had enough of her temper and demanded that she immediately leave the property," revealed an insider.

Since then the couple has reportedly been bouncing from hotel to hotel and staying with friends, blowing through the cash she received in a settlement with CBS over "Happy Days" merchandise revenue.

The lawsuit originally asked for $10 million, but a settlement was reached in July for $65,000 for each of the four original stars, plus future royalties.

RadarOnline has photos of Erin smoking a cigarette and looking a bit haggard with her husband and their two Great Danes outside the Holiday Inn Express.
