Mila Kunis, who has been making recent headlines for her romantic relationship with former "That 70s Show" co-star Ashton Kutcher, has been named Esquire magazine's Sexiest Woman Alive for 2012. (I can't help but think this news is not going to sit well with Demi Moore.)
The "Black Swan" and "Ted" actress goes topless on the cover of Esquire's November issue, and tells the mag, "If I wanted to charm the pants off you, I could."
Kunis, who immigrated from the Ukraine at age eight in 1991 with her parents and her brother, and lived in a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in West Hollywood with her mom, dad, brother, two grandfathers and a grandmother, doesn't feel that is a part of her story worthy of discussion.
"It has nothing to do with me. I feel awful talking about it, because my parents should sit down and talk about it. They're the ones who went through hell and back, who gave everything up. I didn't do anything. I was eight years old, and I tagged along. And my parents made me feel safe. I didn't make those decisions. So I can't take responsibility for it. Every immigrant has a story. "And in 1991 during the fall of communism..." Everybody has a story. Let me just repeat: I was eight years old. I didn't know what was happening."
The 29-year-old actress also doesn't discuss who she is dating, but of course, the interviewer also doesn't press the issue.
"You're probably waiting for the question about who you're dating," says the interviewer.
"Not from Esquire," replies Kunis.
"You're right. We don't care." And it's off to another subject -- politics, which Mila is eager to discuss.
