After unsuccessfully trying to lease his oceanfront Malibu Beach house for $75,000 a month, Leonardo DiCaprio has decided to sell.
DiCaprio has listed his oceanfront home in Malibu for $23,000,000.
There are three homes on the property. The main house has four bedrooms, and there is a two bedroom guest house, and a loft with a 7th bedroom, home gym and home office.
The Oscar-nominated actor spends most of his time in New York where he owns a penthouse in Battery Park. He also owns another home in Malibu.
