Usher has inflicted more misery on his ex-wife with an eviction notice. Last month the entertainer informed Tameka Raymond that she must vacate his Roswell, Georgia residence within 60 days so that he can unload it.
The 12,544 square-foot suburban property has been listed on the market for $3.2 million. It included 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, 10-foot ceilings, an outdoor pool, in-home gym, 4 fireplaces and a library.
As part of their 2009 divorce agreement, Usher's ex-wife was allowed to remain in the home until such time as the Grammy award-winning artist opted to liquidate that particular asset.
He made the decision to get rid of the property after winning primary custody of the couple's two young sons in a contentious court battle. He certainly doesn't need the money ... dare we suggest he is seeking revenge for her actions in court?
It has been a very bad year for Tameka. Besides losing joint custody of her boys, she is mourning the loss of her 11-year-old son Kile, who died of head injuries suffered in a Jet Ski accident in late July.
