With a double elimination looming, the seven remaining celebrities on the popular ABC celebrity competition DWTS: All-Stars performed two routines for the judges Monday night.
Landing at the top of the leaderboard after two weeks of combined scores: Melissa Rycroft and her partner Tony Dovolani with 99 points. At the opposite end of the spectrum with a dismal 79: Kirstie Alley and her Russian pro Maks Chmerkovskiy.
The other five celebrities are sandwiched closely together: Shawn Johnson 93.5, Emmitt Smith 92.5, Kelly Monaco 92.5, Gilles Marini 92 and Apolo Anton Ohno 91.5.
Derek Hough was back in action with his Olympic gymnast partner after recovering from a vertebrae issue. Stand-in Mark Ballas, who led Shawn to a perfect 30 last week, got another opportunity to perform with them in the trio dance.
It has been obvious this season that head judge Len Goodman is not a Derek fan. He scoffed at their Samba choreography and gave the routine the lowest score of the night ... a 7.
Will Kirstie get the boot tonight? She reacted strangely after receiving the lowest combined score Monday, throwing her head back and laughing hysterically as co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet attempted a post-dance interview. Suffice it to say ... it was bizarre.
The former Cheers star has a strong voting block but with a new book launch and a series of promo interviews that have kept her out of the practice studio, her fans could decided to abandon the 60-year-old so-so dancer.
With two heading home tonight ... we would hazard a guess that soap star Kelly and NFL legend Emmitt are most vulnerable.
