Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher split a year ago but they are still very much committed to a project they created before their relationship ended.
The DNA Foundation, which was short for Demi and Ashton, will now be known as THORN: Digital Defenders of Children.
Their focus has been on the role that technology plays in crimes that involve the sexual exploitation of children.
Demi and Ashton issued a joint statement Thursday announcing the name change and a new mission statement:
"For the past three years we have focused our work broadly on combating child sex trafficking. It has become crystal clear in our efforts that technology plays an increasingly large role in this crime and in the sexual exploitation of children overall. We believe that the technology-driven aspect of these crimes demands its own attention and investment."
Neither celebrity has filed for divorce but the 'Men' actor has clearly moved on with 'That 70s Show' co-star Mila Kunis. His net worth is estimated at $140 million.
