When the clock strikes twelve in Times Square tonight during ABC’s Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve special, co-host Jenny McCarthy will be locking lips with someone special.

The Playboy model hit Twitter to pose the question to her 750,000 followers, “Who do U want me 2 kiss at midnight? A#Military, B#FDNY or C#AverageJoe?”

She’ll be supporting Ryan Seacrest and Fergie during the five-hour television bash featuring a tribute to the late Dick Clark and entertainment by Taylor Swift, Caryl Rae Jepsen, Neon Trees, Flo Rida and Pit Bull.

We’ve provided a link so you can help to determine whether McCarthy will give away her first intimate embrace of 2013 to a member of the Armed Forces, a New York Fireman or a regular guy from the crowd.

Billie Joe Armstrong Shares Green Day Tour News

Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong hit Instagram today to post a thank you note to fans for their support and to announce that the popular group will resume touring in 2013.

Armstrong, who entered rehab in late September after a major melt down during a iHeartRadio stage performance in Las Vegas, released his first public statement on New Year’s Eve.

He wrote, “I just wanted to thank you all for the love and support you’ve shown for the past few months.  Believe me, it hasn’t gone unnoticed and I’m eternally grateful to have such an amazing set of friends and family.  I’m getting better everyday.”

“So now, without further ado, the show must go on.  We can’t wait to get on the road and live out loud!  Our passion has only grown stronger.  Happy New Year.  We love you all.  Rage and love.  P.S. Green Day tour in March.”

James Bond Film ‘Skyfall’ Tops $1 Billion at Box Office

Actor Daniel Craig has earned significant bragging rights for his latest box office hit ‘Skyfall.’   The spy film has joined an exclusive handful of films to gross $1 billion.

The latest thriller in the James Bond franchise is actually the 23rd installment and is now in the record books as the most successful of the series to date.

Domestically the movie earned $239.6 million but internationally grossed $710.6 million.  Suffice it to say … everyone loves James Bond.

‘Skyfall’ is the third film to reach the $1 billion mark in 2012.  Also in this elite category are ‘The Avengers’ and ‘The Dark Knight Rises.’

Historically, the Bond film is ranked #14 in gross earnings.  That position is expected to improve since it is still doing well in theaters.

Fun fact: the swim trunks worn by the actor during the filming of ‘Casino Royale’ brought in $72,000 at auction earlier this year – pics.

Lindsay Lohan made good on her desire to visit London, after initially putting the trip on hold earlier in December after losing her groupie status with The Wanted bandman Max George.

The ‘Liz & Dick’ actress, who claims to “heart the UK,” is spending time across the pond with Dina Lohan and some of her siblings.

In a light-hearted mood, Lilo vamped for photographers with blown kisses and demure smiles.

Lohan hit Twitter midday on New Year’s Eve with this sweet sentiment, “I feel very blessed to spend time w/ my mom, family&very wonderful friends.  Very Grateful…”

Undoubtedly looked ahead to a better 2013, she added, “May only good things come this year.”

Despite have her bank accounts seized recently by the IRS, the celeb was rocking several impressive looking fur coats while shopping at legendary Harrods department store and dining at exclusive Ciprianis.

The 26-year-old has a date in a few weeks with a California judge over yet another alleged probation violation.  With that in mind, she claims she doesn’t plan to party in the New Year but will opt instead for a quiet evening with the family.

Yes, it’s true. Kim Kardashian is pregnant.

After Kanye West announced the pregnancy to his Atlantic City concert audience Sunday night, the Kardashian family confirmed the news.

“Stop the music and make noise for my baby mama,” Kanye said during the show, revealing that Kim K, who was in the crowd, is about 12 weeks along in her pregnancy.

Weighing in on the news via Twitter, Kris Kardashian tweeted, “I’m a happy girl !!!!!!!! Wowza!” adding, “Oh BABY BABY BABY.”

Other family members also shared their excitement on the social networking site. “KIMYE!!!!! Keeping secrets is hard with so many family members! Especially when you are so freaking excited!!!!! LOVE is everything!!!!” Khloe Kardashian tweeted, adding a tweet to husband Lamar Odom, “@RealLamarOdom: I’m excited for Kanye and my sister! Let’s keep Gods blessings coming!”

Kourtney Kardashian, who has two children with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick, tweeted, “Been waiting to shout from the rooftops with joy and now I can! Another angel to welcome to our family. Overwhelmed with excitement!”

Kendall Jenner tweeted, “who’s excited about the KIMYE babbyyy?! :D weeee.”

“Congrats to this beautiful couple. I love you guys,” Kylie Jenner tweeted along with a pic of Kanye and Kim.

Kim is still in the middle of a bitter divorce battle with estranged husband Kris Humphries. She has been dating Kanye since the beginning of 2012.
