Props to Kelly Osbourne, who dropped 50 pounds after her stint on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and has managed to maintain her weight some two years later.
Kelly shared the secret with In Touch, “People think I lost weight and then got happy, but that’s not how it works. You have to get happy first. I made a life change, and the weight loss was an amazing perk.”
The ‘Fashion Police’ co-host talked about her exercise routine, “I do up to half an hour of cardio, and I also do circuit training, yoga or Pilates — I mix it up.”
Osbourne picks one day a week to indulge, but otherwise she admits to eating “pretty healthy.” What is a normal day for Kelly? “For breakfast, I will eat either cereal or a little omelet thingy made with egg whites, mushrooms and spinach. Lunch is usually a salad or a turkey burger. And then for dinner, I’ll have brown rice with vegetables and some kind of meat.”
