Gangnam Style singer Psy has purchased a condo in Los Angeles for $1,249,000, which he paid for in cash.
The 2,776 square foot condo is located on the fourth floor of the exclusive Blair House, a luxury high rise on Wilshire Boulevard built in 1989. The 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit features large windows and modern fixtures.
The Korean pop star, born Park Jae-sang (박재상, 朴載相), was already a phenomenon in Korea before he rose to fame in America for his Gagnam Style video which has been viewed nearly a billion times on YouTube.
Psy recently signed a record deal with Justin Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun.
